Cancelation Policy

  We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for your massage therapist and other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. A 50% charge, to the card on file, will be processed for all late cancelations. Appointments will be forfeited if client does not communicate or show 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. A 100% charge, to the card on file, for all no-shows.
